Originally released as a limited edition CD that was given away for free by the club one night. Only 100 were made and were given out on one night; not even all the bands managed to get a copy!

The Happy Thursdays night at Opium Lounge in Romford was one of the only places bands in Romford could play. This collection is the 'best of' from 2005.

Some great bands and musicians. Ragmop laid the foundations for Corporal Machine and the Bombers, The Gourami's drummer is now in Florence and the Machine and Hadleigh Ford is still one of the most highly regarded songwriters locally.

Thanks to Ian Punter and Danny Holmes, who DJ'ed the nights and ensured everyone had a great time.
